Vino De Niranja - Castle & Key Distillery Collaboration

Meet Vino De Naranja. This Citrus Ale was brewed in collaboration with Castle & Key using Vino De Naranja Casks originally from Spain, where they were used to age Orange Wine, then brought to Castle & Key to age their 3 Year Rye for 11 months. 

From there, the freshly dumped barrels came to Braxton, where our Citrus Ale aged for 10 months before being packaged. The result is a beer with bright notes of orange, citrus, and spice, with a warm bourbon finish. Vino De Naranja is available on draft and by the bottle starting this Saturday, April 25th, at all Braxton locations.

ABV: 8.42% IBU: 20 SRM: 10

Malts: 2 Row Pale, Rye and Crystal Light

Hops: Hallertau Blanc & Mandarina Bavaria

Adjuncts: Bitter Orange Peel and Orange Grape Must 

Yeast: A20 Citrus. Glass: Tulip

Bottle Pick-up: Covington Taproom at the 11 Year Anniversary Party Saturday April 25th, 2026 11 AM - 11 PM
